Role Summanry/Purpose:
The Associate Consultant is focused on providing system implementation and support services to Epicor clients. The position involves performing system integration, custom-code development, system testing, and troubleshooting activities associated with one of Epicor’s products and/or services. As part of these responsibilities, all work activities will be tracked in a time reporting system, and monitored for optimum utilization and customer satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities:
The Associate Consultant is an individual contributor who will be supported on a daily-basis by senior staff members and the Consulting Management Team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BS or equivalent experience in Business Accounting or Technical background
- Recent graduate
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Advanced English
Desired Characteristics:
ERP experience or technical support
