Role Summary/Purpose:
This position manages hardware repair requests for depot logistics services from Epicor customers. Additionally, the manager will coordinate service programs through a network of service partners and manages a small staff of logistics agents. This position reports to the Vice President of Customer Services.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include: managing daily production, developing and maintaining metric measurements, coordination with field service departments and customers, supplier management and lifecycle planning for hardware items.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Job requires a 2 year technical degree or three years of equivalent experience in a computer logistics position.
Desired Characteristics:
The successful candidate will have; a technical background with a strong understanding of computer hardware and networking components, strong process management skills to troubleshoot and correct service delivery challenges, communication skills to work across functional areas and strong organizational skills to manage complex projects .
